After your scans and physical checkup, if our dentist determines that you are not a suitable candidate or if you decide not to proceed further, we will refund you the complete amount.

Once the order has been placed, we do not accept returns. In case of ill-fitting, we will fabricate new aligners at no additional cost.

If treatment does not progress as expected, your dentist will reassess you. Additional aligners may be offered where your dentist considers them clinically appropriate and where the applicable package terms are satisfied. Treatment outcomes and digital projections cannot be guaranteed.

All refunds are processed within 6-8 weeks after approval (service charges may apply) and are returned to the customer via the original payment method.
