Do I need to visit a dentist?

It's important to have regular checkups and hygiene appointments with your local dentist every 6-12 months to keep your dental health in top shape.
Can I use an impression kit instead of scans?

No we only work with dental practices so you have to come and see a dentist in person.
What if I need IPR?

Our aligner treatments typically do not require IPR. However, if it becomes necessary for your treatment, we can arrange this at one of our trusted dental practices in Dudley, Birmingham, London, Ashford, Leicester, or Surrey for an additional £299.
Is it possible to have my impressions taken at a clinic?

Do I need an X-ray?

X-rays play a key role in diagnosing and planning your treatment. They are conducted by our qualified professionals at our clinics. If you choose not to have an X-ray, you can still move forward with your treatment, but you will need to visit one of our dental practices for a thorough physical check-up and examination. Rest assured, the cost of the X-ray is included in your treatment package, so there will be no extra charges. Every candidate need to go through an e-consultation prior to their visit at one of our partner dental practise to determine which category they fall in, as treat all kind of cases. Am I a candidate? 
Can someone get a teeth whitening kit if they are not a customer?

No, we do not entertain standalone orders for the teeth whitening kit, as it is part of the package we provide. We offer it as a complimentary item.
What are Smileie clear aligners?

Our aligner treatment includes several sets of tight - fitting and custom made, which are BPA free clear plastic trays that safely and gradually shift your teeth into the desired position. 100% of aligners are custom made in UK. Our aligners don't require you to have buttons or brackets glued to your teeth.
What is the minimum age required for Smileie treatment ?

The minimum age required for Smileie treatment is 18 years.
Where are Smileie aligners produced?

Can I use Smileie clear aligners if I have veneers?

Yes, you can. The aligners will fit over the veneers in the same way they do over a tooth. You can get intraoral scans to see how your treatment preview will look. If you’re not satisfied with the 3D treatment preview, we will refund you the full amount.
Can I use Smileie aligners if I have missing teeth?

Can I use Smileie aligners if I have dental implant?

Yes, Our aligners can work for people with implants. 
Will Smileie aligners move my molars?

Smileie aligners do not move the molars in any treatment plan. In some cases, we may move premolars.
I just removed my wisdom teeth. Is it safe to start the treatment?

You might be able to start sooner if your surgeon say's it's okay to proceed.
I still have wisdom teeth. Is it safe to start the treatment?

We recommend to consult with the dentist and if your dentist says you don't need to get them removed then you can go ahead with the treatment

With day time aligners, you will be wearing these for the majority of the day and night, a total of 22 hours
Difference between Impression kit at home and Smileie Pro Day aligners

The main difference between doing impressions at home and opting for Smileie Pro with intraoral scans is that, with Smileie Pro, you can visit your assigned dentist and receive treatment overseen by both a dentist and an orthodontist. There will be no need to make impressions, as everything will be handled during your dental practice visit. Additionally, you can receive extra dental care, such as IPR if needed, and the biggest advantage is that your dentist will monitor your progress via the dental monitoring app.

What is the cost of Smileie dual and single arch aligners?

We offer several flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can choose the Smileie Dual Arch package for £1,299.00 or the Smileie Single Arch package for £999. Additionally, we have convenient installment plans: the Smileie daytime dual arch installment plan allows you to pay a deposit of £499 followed by 5 monthly installments of £200, while the Smileie daytime single arch installment plan requires a deposit of £399 followed by 5 monthly installments of £140. Each package includes an intraoral scan / impression kit, physical checkup or online consultation, professional teeth whitening kit, dental monitor device, free access to the dental monitor app, free refinement and 2 sets of retainers.
Can I get aligner for just upper and lower teeth, instead of both?

Ordering & Refund policy

How long the process takes to receive the aligners?

Once you place the order, we will schedule your intraoral scans. After the successful completion of the scans, we will design your treatment preview, which will take 5-7 business days. Upon your approval of the 3D treatment preview, we will fabricate the aligners, which will take 12-14 business days.
What is the Smile Projection?

"The Smile Projection is a proposed 3D treatment plan which is prescribed by our technical team. In the projection we display ‘Before & After’ positions of your teeth. This smile projection is sent to you for approval. We start fabricating the aligners once you have approved them but if you are not satisfied with the smile projection, you can request modifications to be carried out."
What's the next after completing the aligner treatment?

Once your treatment is completed, you should start wearing the retainer for 1 year in total for 20-22 hours each day for the first 6 months, and then for the next six months, you can switch to wearing them in the night only as instructed by our experts. If you don’t, your teeth will start moving back to their original position.
Does the treatment process hurt?

No it does not hurt at all.
Do I have to pay total amount upfront?

If you pay upfront, You will get an Intra-Oral scans free in the package.

How do customs and duties work if I am not in the USA?

We also ship internationally and provide a purchase invoice to the candidate.
