Your treating dentist will decide which clinical records are necessary to assess you safely. These may include photographs, intraoral scans and radiographs. Treatment cannot proceed unless the dentist considers that sufficient diagnostic information is available to make a safe and properly informed clinical decision.
Clear aligner treatment is generally considered safe when it is appropriately prescribed and monitored, but all orthodontic treatment carries risks and limitations. Your dentist will explain the benefits, limitations, alternatives and risks relevant to you before treatment begins. Treatment outcomes vary between patients and cannot be guaranteed. A digital treatment simulation is an estimate of the intended tooth movements and does not guarantee that the teeth will move exactly as shown.

No, we do not entertain standalone orders for the teeth whitening kit, as it is part of the package we provide. We offer it as a complimentary item.
Our aligner treatment includes several sets of tight - fitting and custom made, which are BPA free clear plastic trays that safely and gradually shift your teeth into the desired position. 100% of aligners are custom made in UK. Our aligners don't require you to have buttons or brackets glued to your teeth.

Smileie aligners do not move the molars in any treatment plan. In some cases, we may move premolars.
You might be able to start sooner if your surgeon say's it's okay to proceed.

With day time aligners, you will be wearing these for the majority of the day and night, a total of 22 hours
The main difference between doing impressions at home and opting for Smileie Pro with intraoral scans is that, with Smileie Pro, you can visit your assigned dentist and receive treatment overseen by both a dentist and an orthodontist. There will be no need to make impressions, as everything will be handled during your dental practice visit. Additionally, you can receive extra dental care, such as IPR if needed, and the biggest advantage is that your dentist will monitor your progress via the dental monitoring app.

We offer several flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can choose the Smileie Dual Arch package for £1,299.00 or the Smileie Single Arch package for £999. Additionally, we have convenient installment plans: the Smileie daytime dual arch installment plan allows you to pay a deposit of £499 followed by 5 monthly installments of £200, while the Smileie daytime single arch installment plan requires a deposit of £399 followed by 5 monthly installments of £140. Each package includes an intraoral scan / impression kit, physical checkup or online consultation, professional teeth whitening kit, dental monitor device, free access to the dental monitor app, free refinement and 2 sets of retainers.

Ordering & Refund policy
Once you place the order, we will schedule your intraoral scans. After the successful completion of the scans, we will design your treatment preview, which will take 5-7 business days. Upon your approval of the 3D treatment preview, we will fabricate the aligners, which will take 12-14 business days.
A technical team may prepare a digital treatment simulation using the clinical instructions and records supplied by the treating dentist. The simulation is a planning aid only. It does not constitute a diagnosis or prescription and does not guarantee the final result. Treatment may only proceed after the patient's named dentist has reviewed and approved or prescribed the plan.
Once your treatment is completed, you should start wearing the retainer for 1 year in total for 20-22 hours each day for the first 6 months, and then for the next six months, you can switch to wearing them in the night only as instructed by our experts. If you don’t, your teeth will start moving back to their original position.
Some pressure or temporary discomfort is common when wearing new aligners. Contact your treating dentist if you experience severe, persistent or unexpected pain, damage to your teeth or gums, or another clinical concern.

If treatment does not progress as expected, your dentist will reassess you. Additional aligners may be offered where your dentist considers them clinically appropriate and where the applicable package terms are satisfied. Treatment outcomes and digital projections cannot be guaranteed.
