Fill in your assessment form
Start by completing our quick online assessment form and uploading photos of your teeth. Our dental team will review your case and get back to you with the outcome.
Dentist visit & scans
Once your case is approved, a treatment coordinator will contact you to arrange an appointment at a Smileie-approved dental practice. You’ll have a dental check-up, intra-oral scans, and X-rays, followed by a tailored treatment plan for you to approve.
Start your clear aligner journey
When your aligners are ready, you’ll return for any necessary dental work (such as IPR or attachments) and have your first aligners fitted by your dentist. From there, our team will monitor your progress to make sure you achieve the smile you’ll love.

Hey I'm just writing to recommend Smileie! I was actually one of the 1st people to get my teeth scanned in Flagstaff! I've been wearing the retainers since my teeth had unfortunately migrated just a bit. Some people had said they still liked my smile prior to the retainers but the fact is I didn't like it as much!
